Posted: 02/03/10

Iranian Baha'i prisoners

The seven Baha'i leaders scheduled to go on trial on February 7 are, in front, Behrouz Tavakkoli and Saeid Rezaie, and, standing, Fariba Kamalabadi, Vahid Tizfahm, Jamaloddin Khanjani, Afif Naeimi, and Mahvash Sabet. They were photographed several months before their arrest in the spring of 2008.

After nearly two years of confinement, the seven Baha’i leaders who were imprisoned by the Iranian government will stand trial on February 7, 2010. Baha’is around the world will hold special prayer services for these innocent prisoners on this day. We invite you to join us in praying for justice and for the safety of these friends.
