Friday June 9, 7:00 p.m.  Dialog: “The Renewal of Religion” at Nine Star Ranch Wilsonville.  Dr. Harold Javid from Bellevue, Washington will be our speaker.  Dr. Javid’s career spans industry and academia.  In 1998, he joined Microsoft Research; as director of academic outreach, he leads collaborations between Microsoft Research and leading universities. Thursday June 15 and June 29, 7:30 p.m.  Study: “The Book of Certitude” at  Bahá’í Center, 16103 SW Lake Forest Blvd., Lake Oswego 97035.  An informal study of Hooper Dunbar’s “A Companion to the Study of the Kitab-i-Iqan, the Book of Certitude.”  The Book of Certitude, written by Bahá’u’lláh, is essential to understanding the Bahá’í Faith.  For more information, please call Rich at 503-830-4394.

Saturday June 17, 7:00 p.m.  Dialog: “The Neuroscience of  Prejudice” at Lake Oswego Heritage House, 398 10th St, Lake Oswego.  A Talk Presented by Dr. Larry Sherman, a neuroscientist at Oregon Health and Science University, who has done extensive research about racial prejudice and the effect of racism on the human brain.  All are welcome to join this inspiring and educational lecture.  This is a free program sponsored by the Baha’is of Lake Oswego.  Refreshments will be provided.
