“Transforming Negative Energies”

Facilitator:Irene O'Connor

Irene O’Connor will guide us through a process of self-discovery regarding the degree to which negative energies pervade the messages we receive; how much each of us might be influenced by these energies; and the transformations possible when Appreciation and Gratitude provide the grounding for dealing with difficult situations.

Irene O’Connor has been a personal coach since 1996. The focus of her company, Complementary Healing Oregon, is the integration of Spirit, Mind and Body medicine in daily practice. Her work is grounded in Appreciation and Gratitude.

The theme of the Spirit Forum series is ‘Awakening the Spirit Within.’ Our intent is to discern the essence of life (Spirit) in all life so that we might develop a deeper appreciation for ourselves, our planet, its life giving resources, and all the relationships that make life so dear.  Our sub-theme for 2012 is ‘Appreciation and Gratitude.’

Please bring your lunch – we’ll serve tea and water.
