Happy Naw Ruz!

Baha’is celebrate their new year at the beginning of spring. Naw Ruz (which means “new day” in Persian) begins at sunset on the last day of the Baha’i Fast (March 20) and lasts through sunset on March 21. It is celebrated around the world with parties, prayers and joyful festivities.

Naw-Ruz this year marks centenary of entombment of the Bab
