July Activities 2024
July 9th will be a solemn day of commemoration of the holy day the Martyrdom of the Báb. Everyone is welcome at events listed below.
“THE BAB – HERALD OF THE BAHA’I FAITH
In the mid 1800s in Persia (now Iran), a young merchant announced a Message from God, calling for spiritual and moral reformation. He took the name “The Báb”, meaning “the Gate” in Arabic and beginning at the age of 24, He devoted six years to sharing His spiritual teachings. (1844–50) He was martyred in 1850.”
