If you plan to send us a photo recording of your event, please make sure all participants have agreed to have their photo posted on this website.
Download and print the Recorded Media Release Form.
Have everyone in the photo sign the release form.
Take a photo of the signed release form and email it to the email address on the form.
This permission form works for video and audio recordings as well. The form is not necessary for public events held at a public venue. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Promote Your Devotional Gathering(or Study Circle, Children’s Class, Youth Group, etc.)
Do you want to attract more people to your devotional gathering or other core activity? Share the energy and spirit of your event on the Metro website. Since most of these events are held in private homes, we need permission to post people’s photos on the website:

Share Your Event Via Email
Use your phone to take photos and email them to: hello@portlandbahai.org.
In the email, add a description of what happened. Or, better yet, use your phone to record/transcribe participants’ impressions of the event.
Take a photo of the signed Recorded Media Release Form and email that too.

Upload photos and videos to your own Facebook page, with a description of the event and what made it special.
